Teri had changed her own lifestyle to a whole foods plant based way of eating and saw tremendous improvements in her knee pain and weight loss became easy!

She now works with people who are committed to resuscitating their health and their lives. She walks alongside them for support and accountability and celebrates their wins along the way.
