PP: Caesars Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. kelp granules
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1/3 cup soy or almond milk
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and stir well. (Ingredients can also be mixed in a blender until smooth and creamy.)
Tip
- When company is coming, I like to make this salad dressing a bit fancier by adding 1/3 cup raw cashews. To do that, grind the cashews to a fine granules before adding other ingredients.
