PS Vegan Strawberry Bean Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen

  • 2 c strawberries, washed and halved

  • 1 c white beans, cooked and drained

  • 1 t vanilla extract

  • 2 T hemp seeds

  • 1 ½ c water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the strawberries in a blender jar and blend to get a liquid base.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, adjusting the water content to attain your desired consistency.

  3. Taste test and add any extras you like, i.e. plant-based milk, other berries or dates for sweetness.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately or store in your fridge for later.
