PS No-Bake Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS
1 c oats, ground
12 Medjool dates pitted
2 c black beans, rinsed, but save bean water
½ c sauerkraut rinsed and pressed
½ c shredded coconut
½ c carob powder
1 T vanilla
4-6 T aquafaba (from black beans)
½ c walnuts, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor. Process to combine ingredients until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
Add walnuts and pulse a few times.
Spread in a 9’ x 13’ glass baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
