PP Bean "Meat" Balls

INGREDIENTS
Meatballs
1 c farrow cooked
1-15oz can kidney/pinto beans, drained and rinsed
½ c rolled oats
½ c whole wheat breadcrumbs
½ c red onion, diced
2 T tomato paste
3 T veggie broth
1 t garlic powder
3 t Italian/pizza seasoning
1 t miso
Black pepper
Breading
1/3 c whole wheat breadcrumbs
1/3 c nutritional yeast
1 t Italian/pizza seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a food processor, mix all of the ingredients and pulse until everything is very well combined.
In a small bowl, mix breading ingredients together.
Make small “meatballs” and roll them into the breading mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the breaded “meatballs”.
Bake for 30 minutes until lightly brown, turn at 15 min.
