PP Super Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c soy milk

  • 1 c water

  • 1 c oats

  • 1 banana

  • 2 dates

  • 1 T chia seed

  • 1 T hemp seed

  • ½ c sweet corn

  • Fresh fruits for garnish; prune, apricot, red and blackberries, apple

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook all ingredients in a pot on medium heat for 15 mins.

  2. Garnish with dry fruit and fresh fruits.
