PP Blueberry Banana Oat Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1T Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1T chia seeds

  • 3/4c gluten-free rolled oats

  • 3/4c oat milk (Trader Joe’s shelf-stable one is 2 ingredients)

  • 1c frozen organic blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl. Stir in cinnamon and chia.

  2. Add rolled oats, oat milk, and stir well. Now top with frozen blueberries and enjoy.
