PP Nourishing Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 c spinach, chopped (frozen)
¾ c black beans
1 c unsweetened soy milk (almond milk okay, too)
2 bananas, frozen
1 T roasted flax seed, ground
1 t cinnamon
3 dates
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend it up until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency add more soy milk or water.
