INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c spinach, chopped (frozen)

  • ¾ c black beans

  • 1 c unsweetened soy milk (almond milk okay, too)

  • 2 bananas, frozen

  • 1 T roasted flax seed, ground

  • 1 t cinnamon

  • 3 dates

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend it up until smooth. If you want a thinner consistency add more soy milk or water.
