Culinary Demo with Vicki Brett-Gach

Join Vicki Brett-Gach, culinary coach, personal chef, and author of “The Plant-Based for Life Cookbook: Deliciously Simple Recipes that Nourish, Comfort, Energize, and Renew” for a culinary demo as she makes her Vegan Cobb Salad with Green Goddess Dressing. Instead of traditional Cobb Salad toppings (bacon, chicken, blue cheese, and hard-boiled eggs), we’ll be using colorful fiber-rich whole food plant-based ingredients, including steamed quinoa, BBQ Tempeh, and Za’atar Roasted Chickpeas. It’s the perfect main dish salad – crispy, crunchy, creamy, and super-satisfying.
