PP: Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients
- 4-8 cups watermelon
Directions
- Blend in Vitamix/high powered blender if using seeded watermelon, seedless watermelon blend in regular blender for 14 seconds.
- Pour into your favorite glass and sip with a straw!
- Optional additions: add fresh mint sprigs or blend some with the watermelon, add a piece of ginger, 1/8 cup lemon or lime juice
