INGREDIENTS
32 oz frozen chopped spinach
16 oz crushed pineapple
2 15 oz cans chickpeas
1-2 T ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Thaw spinach in a colander under hot water. Squeeze out the excess water. Place in a large bowl.
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add to the spinach.
Add pineapple and cinnamon.
Stir and mix all the ingredients with a fork and enjoy!
