PP Tofu Scramble w/ Seasoning

INGREDIENTS

Tofu Seasoning Spice Mix

  • ½ c nutritional yeast

  • 4 t black salt (Kala Namak)

  • 2 t garlic powder

  • 2 t onion powder

  • 1 t turmeric powder

Tofu Scrambled Eggs

  • 14 oz firm or extra firm tofu, drained

  • 2 T Tofu Seasoning Spice Mix (above)

DIRECTIONS

To Make the Tofu Seasoning Spice Mix

  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Store in an airtight container or Ziplock bag in your pantry until ready to use.

To Make Tofu Scramble Eggs

  1. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Crumble the drained tofu into the pan and use your spatula to chop it up into smaller pieces as desired

  2. Add 2 T of the Tofu Seasoning Spice Mix and mix until tofu is coated evenly. Continue to stir and heat through for about 5-7 min.
