PS Peanut Dressing or Sauce

Prep Time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 c peanut butter powder – sift out hard parts, may not need to with PB2, but with some other brands you do.

  • ¼ c water, use more or less depending on your desired thickness

  • 1 T rice vinegar

  • 1 T maple or date syrup

  • 1 T Bragg Liquid Aminos

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 squirt Sriracha

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix thoroughly in a blender or whisk.

TIP

  1. Peanut butter powder only has two grams of fat per 3 tablespoons instead of 15 grams of fat in two tablespoons of peanut butter (*more or less depending on brands).
