PP Tahini Free Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 T tomato paste
3 T low-fat silken tofu
1 T spicy brown mustard
1 t chili sauce (more if you like spicy)
1 garlic clove
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend for one complete cycle.
Place in a condiment bowl and serve with your favorite veggies.
TIPS
Keeps in refrigerator for one week.
Replacing tahini (I dropped some in my sink and was disgusted at how long it took to melt with hot water.) with silken tofu, the tofu is a very digestible protein without high-fat tahni and gives the hummus a full body flavor and a smooth texture.
Play with the ingredients. Hummus can take on just about anything you love.
