PP Easy Chickpea Nuggets

INGREDIENTS
Chickpea Nuggets
1-15.5 oz can chickpeas (save the liquid from the can and rinse beans)
6 T chickpea liquid (aquafaba)
1 c oat flour (blend rolled oats in a high-speed blender to make flour)
1 T Italian/Pizza seasoning
1 T nutritional yeast
½ t turmeric powder
1 t white miso
Pinch black pepper
Breading
¼ c nondairy milk
½ c whole wheat breadcrumbs
2 t Italian/pizza seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients for the chickpea nuggets into a food processor and mix until everything is well combined. (DO NOT add breading ingredients!)
Form nugget shapes with the mixture, 12-14 nuggets.
Place ¼ c of nondairy unsweetened milk in a bowl.
Mix whole wheat breadcrumbs and 2 t Italian/pizza seasoning together.
Create a dredge with each chickpea nugget-goes into nondairy milk and then into breadcrumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Flip the nuggets at the halfway point.
